KMSI is seeking proven sales executives in the enterprise learning solution software sales arena. Sales executive are responsible for positioning our KMx software solutions with Fortune 500 clients in the Northeast, Central or the Southeast Regions. Three available positions, one based out of New York, one based out of Ohio and one based out of Atlanta. KMSI provides an aggressive compensation structure with a high base salary. Must have experience selling to C-level contacts within medium to large size corporations. Must have experience selling enterprise software solutions. Previous experience with Docent, Saba, Pathlore or SumTotal software is a plus!
Sr. Application Developer (Linthicum, MD) KMSI seeks an experienced software engineer with significant experience in enterprise web application development to contribute to challenging design and development projects associated with evolution of our learning platform and other products. The selected candidate will work with customers and senior management to define user requirements, generate design documents, and develop software. Projects will include web interface development, data collection, data analysis, and database access.   
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of enterprise web application development experience
  • Strong experience and ability to write Transact SQL queries and procedures for MS-SQL Server 2000
  • Strong server side application development skills in Cold Fusion or iHTML
  • Strong client side development skills in javascript
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose a business problem in to a modular technical solution
Technical Support Engineer (Linthicum, MD) KMSI is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a highly technical team. Qualified candidates must have had direct relevant experience in application support, and the ability to quickly come up to speed on complex Web-based technologies. Prior experience in web application development is also desired. Previous experience supporting customers is essential. Tech Support engineers are responsible for the post-deployment support of KMSI's flagship product KMx Enterprise both in our hosting facility and behind the customer's firewall. You will provide second-line support to customers, as well as technical assistance to remote implementation teams working on customer engagements.

Support activities start when customers file Help Desk tickets. A Tech Support engineer is assigned to work on a ticket, will contact customer representatives, and will work through all the steps leading to a solution including, replication, investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and deployment. Throughout the process, the engineer will interact with customers, product development engineers, and other tech support personnel.

Web/MS Office Technology Specialist (Linthicum, MD) Web/MS Office Technology Specialists provide entry-level to advanced services that involve using KMx and/or MS Office for building training applications to capture and deliver data for organizational needs.
Support Technology Specialist (Linthicum, MD) Support Technology Specialists provide the voice at the other end of the phone line or e-mail messages when users turn to others for help with systems, procedures, or software. Support Technology Specialists help workers solve problems, learn new ways of working, and get their work done in an increasingly complex, networked, information-driven world
