Vubiz is a full service e-learning company that produces content using
professional instructional designers and its own authoring tool, and
has its own software platform for distribution. All of our contracts
include full program evaluation and customer support. Our major work
with companies involves off-the-shelf offerings in many varied
topics, custom courseware production combined with special online
services, plus hosting and distribution of content in several

The National Technical
Information Service
The National Technical Information Service (NTIS) (www.ntis.gov)
is a bureau within the Department of Commerce that offers a wide range
of professional services to Government Agencies. The Agency Consortium
for Secure E-Learning (ACSEL) at NTIS works with Government Agencies
that require a total solution, providing a higher level of security
and certification for their learners. In 2004, NTIS through OPM’s
e-Training Initiative supporting the President’s Management Agenda
became an approved Service Provider offering e-Learning solutions. |
