Jack E. Lee, President and CEO

Mr. Lee is President and CEO of Knowledge Management
Solutions, Inc. (KMSI). Prior to founding KMSI, Jack worked with Sylvan
Ventures to found iLearning, Inc. iLearning was a pioneer in the development
of web-based knowledge transfer communities. Prior to founding iLearning,
Mr. Lee served as an Executive Officer of General Physics Corporation (NYSE
– GPX) for 12 years. Jack concurrently served as President of GP's largest
subsidiary, General Physics Federal Systems, Inc. where he worked with
government clients interested in using technology to support training and
performance improvement initiatives. Before joining GP, Mr. Lee worked
with ManTech International as an Executive Director, where he architected
the first expert system to fully automate the processes used in development
of training materials for federal government clients. Jack also served in
the US Navy for 9 years. |

Michael K. Binnix, CTO

Mr. Binnix is an experienced executive with a strong information
technology and operations management background, Mike has over 15 years
military and business leadership experience, the last 10 in increasingly
responsible technical management roles. He led the world wide
applications and infrastructure support team for a leading EDI and
e-Commerce service provider with over 100,000 trading partners and has
extensive experience bringing commercial software products to market.
He has held senior executive positions with three privately held
companies, and has started and built new teams with start up businesses
and at Fortune 500 companies. He brings to Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc. a proven track record of
building high performing teams in demanding operational and technical
disciplines. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the U.S.
Naval Academy. |
